Positive: Beautiful garden, lots of cosy places to sit and relax. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Good, quiet location, 15 minutes walk from port, restaurants and shops
Negative: Bit of old stuff laying here and there, main garden table top falling apart, few details needed repairing.

Positive: The location was excellent, close to a great place to walk along the coast and greenway, no other persons there in the seven days we visited. Easy hike or drive to marina, restaurants, cafes and stores.
Negative: The two TVs are not 'smart' and we could not get the add-on streaming receiver to work. Best to bring your own streaming stick or other device, or perhaps the owner has remedied this prior to your stay. And no coffee maker, but these are minor items considering the overall quality of the premises and furnishings.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, well located, garden, pool area and sea view from the top deck are exceptional.

Positive: Very well stocked and lovely finish which felt homely and comfortable
Negative: No hot water for 5 days as it relied on solar panels. They were broken during our visit and instead of fixing the owner asked me to go onto the roof to try to fix it. Unheard of to be asked as a paying guest to do that. Unable to have a warm shower all the stay. There was a webcam in the corner of the living room. It was switched on as there was a red light and I have concerns that it could have been recording my children
Summary: Very nice villa, but let down by lack of hot water and an odd webcam

Positive: Fantastic location. Private villa. Slightly out of Latchi so very quiet area. Great facilities - kitchen well stocked. Spotlessly clean. Great outdoor seating areas and pool
Negative: Because we went in winter time the bedding was a little thin and we were quite cold. Would have benefited from instructions about how heating and TV etc worked
